Introducing “Mummy-to-be: Some Time Just for Me”, a 4-week relaxation and birth prep course designed to help you feel calm, confident, and ready for the big day.

What to Expect

Each week, we’ll dive into practical tools, empowering education, and beautiful moments of connection with yourself and your baby. Here's how the course is structured:

Week 1: Birth Hormones & Your Birth Environment

  • Learn how your body’s hormones support birth and what you can do to make them work in your favour.

  • Explore simple ways to create a birth environment that feels calm, safe, and soothing—no matter where or how you plan to give birth.

Week 2: Coping Strategies for Birth

  • Discover practical techniques for staying grounded during labour, like using the birth comb and aromatherapy.

  • Learn how to lean into sensations and stay focused through mindful tools and tips.

Week 3: Informed Choices & Birth Plans

  • Understand how to make decisions that feel right for YOU during pregnancy and birth.

  • Get guidance on crafting a birth plan that’s flexible, empowering, and fits your unique needs.

Week 4: The Birth Journey

  • Gain an understanding of each stage of labour and how to work with your body, not against it.

  • Practise breathwork techniques that will help you stay calm and in control throughout pregnancy and birth.

Plus, Every Week Includes:

  • A beautiful guided relaxation to ease tension and connect with your baby.

  • A focus on breathwork to calm your mind and prepare your body for labour.

  • Take-home resources to keep practising for a positive birth.

My name is Ellie. I am a birth educator, Hypnobirthing teacher and antenatal instructor living in rural Northumberland.

I am a wife, mother of two feral children, snuggler of a big yellow labrador named Bosun and a copious drinker of tea!

My goal is for you to go into the birth of your baby feeling confident, empowered and informed. I believe in the power of natural birth and I want to share that knowledge with you.

Using a unique combination of Hypnobirthing and mindfulness techniques, I help you approach this transitional event of your life with strength and courage.
